Wow. I haven't been online in about 3 years. So....I haven't been ignoring just you, I've been ignoring EVERYONE. So thanks, if for some reason, you are still in fact checking my page for updates. You deserve kudos for keeping an eye on a total jerk. I love you too!
So lets see...where to start? guess the beginning is as good of a place as any.
About 3 years ago, I got a new job....which was cool and all, but I also found something much, much better.
This is a story about a Boy and a Girl.
There was a Girl, and she had been working for a couple of months at a dead end job, and was looking for something better. She started chatting with a Boy she worked with, and found out that he was funny, smart, and also, rather cute and single. They spent MONTHS not asking each other out. Pointless, right?
And then, when it seemed like nothing would EVER happen, one of her co-workers, who we shall call W (if you are reading this, you know who you are, if you don't know, she is a very sweet and wonderful person), told her about another job opportunity, and told her she should go and apply. Like, right now. This second. And the Girl, she thought, "Alright, it can't hurt right?" AND SHE GOT THE JOB. Meanwhile....
W proudly announced, "guess what? I got a job at _____, starts in February, and I'm taking the Girl with me!"
"Oh SH*T," said the Boy, "I better get a move on!"
Two days later, he asked the Girl out. She said she would call him. That weekend.
30 minutes later, she lost her phone.
For 4 days.
The Boy watched his phone all weekend. Not a single call.
The Boy was devastated.
So was the Girl.
That Monday, The Girl found the Boy at work, and told him what happened.
The next day They started walking, and talking about Their past, and Their future. They walked all night under the stars.
The next day, They went on Their first date. They spent 3 hours looking for the perfect burger joint, in 2 and a half feet of snow. They ended up eating Subs, and said They should DEFINATLY go on a second date to find that burger place.
The next day They went on another date. They completely forgot about burgers, and watched a movie instead.
One week later, the Boy told the Girl He loved Her.
The Girl loved Him too, but was too shy to say so...for another week.
At the end of one month, They decided They wanted to get married. They loved each other a lot, but decided They should wait a year. They both loved their families, and didn't want them to worry that "the Kids" were rushing into anything.
They encountered many trials, big and small, better and worse. They still loved each other.
After they had been dating for a year, the Boy Asked the Girl to marry him. "Yes! ...No! You have to buy me flowers and take me out to dinner first!"
1 week passed. The Boy brought Her flowers.
1 month passed. The Boy took her out to dinner.
July was lovely. After watching the fireworks, the Boy asked her to marry him again. This time, the Girl said yes.
One year passed, and the Boy and the Girl promised to stay together forever, for richer, for poorer, for better, for worse, until death do They part. And even longer. Everyone in the church cheered, and said it was the happiest wedding they had ever been to.
In May, They moved into a bigger apartment, and They both got even better jobs.
One month ago, the Boy and the Girl celebrated Their first Anniversary. They are still living happily ever after.
Also, 2 weeks ago, The Boy bought a computer. So I will actually start putting stuff up again. Thanks for Reading!
